AGM INFORMATION.

Each year, within 6 months of the end of our designated financial year (end of June), we are required under the Incorporated Associations Act authoirzed by the Queensland Government Department of Fair Trading, to hold an Annual General Meeting. At this meeting, members of the current Management Committee are required to step down and a new committee is elected. Nominees for the management committee are required to be a member of the Mackay Community Garden Inc group and nomination forms are to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the AGM.
